2008 Milwaukee Ordinance 08-080420 Establishing Paid Sick Leave

This ordinance requires employers within the city limits of Milwaukee, WI to provide sick leave benefits. Specifically, employers must provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and are not required to provide more than 72 hours of sick leave in a calendar year. This ordinance also exempts federal, state, and local government employers from the provisions.
