This ordinance requires that residential developments generating more than 500 Average Daily Trips (ADT) shall be subject to a Community Impact Assessment review process. The purpose of the review is to ensure that the Town has the ability to address and mitigate any adverse impacts or consequences that may result from construction of such a project.
