The purpose of the Community Benefits Program for the North Hollywood Redevelopment Mixed-Use Project is to extend the benefits of a new Development (in this case, a child care programs and facility) to the community. This child care center shall offer affordable, accessible and quality child care for both on-site employees and the surrounding community. This Community Benefits Agreement maximizes community involvement in the planning, development and use of area resources to ensure that low-income individuals residing in the Valley Community benefit from the Development.
