The ordinance prevents any corporation from doing business in the township if it has three environmental regulation violations over the past fifteen years. Corporations applying for permits or permission from the township are required to furnish compliance histories if the township has reason to believe that it has a history of noncompliance, and township residents can submit information to the Township to trigger this review process. This requirement also applies to corporations already doing business in the Township, although legal challenge to this section is foreseen.
