Wenatchee Stormwater Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination

This ordinance establishes methods for controlling the introduction of pollutants into the municipal separate storm sewer system. It prohibits discharge of pollutants and illicit connections, and provides the director with the right to inspect premises where a discharge may have occurred.
