This local law requires the Department of Homeless Services and the Human Resources Association to track and report data regarding the "City Fighting Homelessness & Eviction Prevention Supplement" (CityFHEPS). This program provides housing subsidies to eligible families who are experiencing homelessness or facing eviction. Data should include the number of households that are currently (or were previously enrolled) in the program, the number of enrolled households that aren't utilizing the subsidy, and the number of enrolled households that exited a DHS shelter in the past year.
