Launched in 2016, the California SEIU Early Educator Apprenticeship Program was meant to help educators in underserved communities to build skills and knowledge, shrinking the educational equity gap in the process. This study focuses on the outcome of the various implementations of the program, and how Early Childhood Education practitioners experienced it, and were impacted by it.
