Improving access to destinations with TDM and 'Big Data' analysis

Inefficient transportation systems limit accessibility and increase emissions. Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies use big data analytics to help local elected officials reduce congestion, improve accessibility, and lead to more equitable economic development in their community. Stakeholder outreacher and visualization tools can enhance communication, and more effective plans. This presentation is a tool to improve stakeholder outreach and enhance planning effectiveness.
