Cities should prioritize infrastructure investments and incentivize energy efficiency to ensure long-term sustainability. This case study highlights how one community transitioned completely to renewable energy sources in all sectors, including transportation and heating. Results include improved air quality, increased property values, reduced congestion, support for local jobs, and a more resilient city.
