Massachusetts Energy-Zero Code (E-Z Code) Version 2.0

Massachusetts' Energy-Zero Code requires the design and construction of buildings to achieve zero energy. A zero energy building is a low-energy, combustion-free building that sources all of its energy from renewable energy. This code outlines a variety of paths buildings can take to meet the goals set forth in the code.
