Safeguarding Small Business During The Pandemic: 26 Strategies For Local Leaders

America's small businesses are facing an existential crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has closed shops and offices across the nation, with dire economic consequences. And the local governments and nonprofit organizations that support small businesses are on the front lines of this crisis.
