Municipal Energy Plan: Seven Community Collaboration

This report examines collaborative energy efficiency plans developed by seven communities across Dane County. The collaboration's primary goals include developing a baseline energy use profile for municipal operations, identifying energy savings opportunities, and creating near term energy plans for each of the municipalities involved. Sustainable policies under the respective plans include encouraging higher-performing buildings, fostering solar development, and supporting the electric vehicle industry.
