2005 Boston Ordinance CBC 4-7 Establishing Standards for the Screening and Identification of Persons with Criminal Backgrounds

This ordinance establishes policies and procedures for the screening and identification of individuals with criminal records by vendors who supply goods and/or services to the City of Boston. This ordinance ensures far and consistent CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) screening practices by vendors that work with the City.
