The Oregon Preterm Birth Rate in Context: Zooming in Spatially and Racially

Following the release of the March of Dimes annual report on progress to improve the health of moms and babies, the only state to receive an "A" was Oregon. This report studies the approach taken by Oregon to address racial and systemic inequality preventing better maternal, prenatal, and postnatal health.
