Model Progressive Building Energy Codes Policy

This report provides recommendations to help states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions implement efficient building energy codes. Recommendations include regularly updating the state building energy code, establishing a pathway to zero net energy buildings, implementing mandatory building energy rating and disclosure policies, and more.
