Northwest Side Housing Preservation Ordinance

This ordinance addresses the shortage of affordable housing available to low- and moderate-income households and the high levels of gentrification. Rental property owners are required to notify tenant associations and tenants of their intent to sell, standards are set for affordable housing preservation, and tenants are able to use their right of first refusal.
