2005 Albuquerque Resolution 105 Limiting Campaign Spending in Exchange for Public Financing

This resolution proposes the enactment of voluntary limits on campaign spending and equal public financing of campaigns for elections. Participating candidates for Mayor and Council shall voluntarily limit their campaign spending in order to receive an equal amount of public financing from the General Fund and shall agree to not accept or spend private campaign contributions.
