This ordinance requires employers to pay their employees no less than the City's minimum wage. Beginning at $12.53 in 2016, the minimum wage shall increase yearly by an amount corresponding to changes in the Consumer Price Index. It also requires any service or gratuity charges to be paid directly to employees.
