Advancing Welcoming through Community Foundations

Against growing levels of global migration and demographic change, community foundations have a responsibility to create welcoming local communities for immigrants and other newcomers. Through a series of interviews with staff from community foundations, this report finds that many community foundations lack strategies to support welcoming work. This report outlines steps community foundations can take to improve coordination, collaboration, and investment in efforts to promote immigrant inclusion.
