2020 Chicago Ordinance 20-2343 Prohibiting Retaliation by Employers

This ordinance clarifies that any employer that takes adverse action towards an employee that obeys the City of Chicago's mask order is considered retaliation. It further states that an employee is entitled to three times the wages lost or reinstatement of position.
