All States Must Set Higher Wage Benchmarks for Home Health Care Workers

Home health care workers are being underpaid for their work caring for vulnerable persons across the United States. This report calculates the gap between current pay levels land just-wage-for-work-performed for home health care workers in every American state, and introduces state-specific policy interventions to secure economic justice for these critical workers.
