Prenatal to Three Collaborative Interim Charge Recommendations

The Texas Prenatal to Three Collaborative is a statewide coalition dedicated to promoting state policies that support infants, toddlers and their parents during the period of early brain development. This fact sheet discusses three primary policy goals regarding early child care: ensuring families have access to child care resources they require; promoting the health of mothers and infants; and strengthening the state's child care system. In each of these categories, the fact sheet recommends steps for legislators and advocates seeking to improve quality of services and access.
