High Road Kitchens is program providing subsidies to restaurants and training to restaurants committed to racial equity and fair wages. This is part of a One Fair Wage's multiprong approach to creating socioeconomic equity: other strategies include mobilizing workers to advocate for fair wages, and changing the narrative to emphasize that ending racial inequality helps all workers.
