2020 Madison Ordinance 62417 Regulating Use and Possession of Cannabis

This ordinance allows individuals eighteen years of age or older to possess or consume cannabis derivatives in an amount not to exceed twenty-eight grams on public or private property with the permission of the property owner, landlord or tenant. No person shall possess marijuana or cannabis in a public place unless it was obtained directly from or pursuant to a valid prescription or order of a practitioner.
