Reconnecting Fort Wayne: Transportation

This report discusses the potential of a UPASS system for reducing congestion, increasing accessibility and affordability, and promoting public transportation in Fort Wayne in areas around the many universities. UPASS systems are areas or regions that offer unlimited access to all modes of public transit for a specific period of time. These programs are often implemented in collaboration with universities or employers. This report is part of a six-part report to promote sustainable transportation planning in Fort Wayne.
