This report examines innovative clean mobility programs in California and provides best practices for moving towards green transportation. Recommendations include supporting community-led initiatives, targeting programs towards people facing the most barriers, and working to end dependency on single-occupancy vehicles. Case studies include projects in Oakland that co-locate affordable housing and transportation services and industry-specific employee vanpools.
