Mass Shooting Preparedness, Response, and Recovery

This report addresses the inadequate preparedness, response, and recovery strategies for mass shootings across the nation. To strengthen crisis management, city and town leaders should participate in leadership panels, informal discussions, executive seminars, and regional forums that enhance their capabilities in handling such incidents.
