Recommendations for Title V Programs: Co-Creating an Equitable Future with the Wisdom of Communities

Title V MCH Services Block Grant programs provide funding for three categories of essential services--direct, enabling, and public health services--but requires funded programs to be "family-centered, community-based and culturally competent." This report examines the methodologies for fulfilling these requirements in a community-representative manner.
