Despite federal law guaranteeing the right to unionize, workers are harmed by employers' union busting tactics and the National Labor Relations Board's flawed election system, which fails to protect workers' rights. This report illustrates these tactics and failures through case studies of unionization drives at a tire manufacturing plant in Georgia and a TV service company in Texas, and shows how initial support for unionization can rapidly decline due to employer interference.
