Over the past half century, workers have become more productive while receiving stagnated wages. This misalignment has caused workplace discontentment and exacerbated economic injustice. To address this issue, this report makes a case for worker ownership using long term solutions including stock ownership plans, union cooperatives, and worker cooperatives.
