2011 Newark Ordinance Requiring Registration for Vacant Properties

This ordinance requires building owners to file a registration statement and pay necessary fees for each of their vacant properties. After filing a registration statement, they must also provide access to the City to conduct an exterior and interior inspection of the building to determine compliance with the municipal code.
