Inclusive Dubuque: Community Equity Profile Summary

This equity profile is the foundation for an action plan to support Dubuque's growth as an equitable and inclusive community. It is intended to inform community leaders, community members and policymakers on how underrepresented groups are affected by various systems in Dubuque, and includes findings from interviews with approximately 600 participants, more than 2,000 individual survey responses, and secondary data from high-quality sources.
