2020 St. Louis Park Eviction Protection Ordinance

This ordinance requires landlords to provide tenants a written notice at least 7 days prior to filing an eviction action alleging nonpayment of rent or other unpaid financial obligations in violation of the lease. If the tenant fails to correct the rent delinquency within 7 days of delivery or mailing of the notice, or fails to vacate, the landlord may commence eviction action.
