State College Ordinance Prohibiting Employment Discrimination

This ordinance prohibits employment discrimination. It ensures that all persons receive equal opportunities for employment regardless of their perceived or actual race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, family responsibility, marital status, age, disability or handicap, and use of service animals and/or mechanical aids.
