2009 Los Angeles Century Boulevard Ordinance 178432 Establishing Minimum Wage and Paid Leave Requirements

This ordinance requires hotel employers to pay hotel workers in Los Angeles's Airport Hospitality Enhancement Zone at least $9.39 per hour with health benefits or $10.64 per hour without health benefits. These rates shall be adjusted annually to correspond with adjustments to the CPI in Los Angeles-Riverside Counties. They must also provide hotel workers at least twelve compensated days off per year.
