Transforming Approaches to Qualitative and Quantitative Data for Optimal Community Impact

Organizations conducting research on and proposing policy solutions to structural inequalities in maternal and child care often fail to integrate the perspectives of the people being studied into their work. This report explores reasons to include the perspectives of research subjects and proposes community-based participatory research (CBPR) methods to improve community engagement and representation.
