El Paso Financial Incentives Policy Update

This ordinance updates the City of El Paso's incentive policies for supporting firms and projects that deliver local benefits and create high-quality jobs. The policy defines high-quality jobs as ones providing career advancement opportunities, workforce development partnerships, compensation meeting or exceeding the county's median wage, and paid medical leave. Additionally, bonus incentives are available for projects that meet additional criteria, such as locating in designated redevelopment areas or employing veterans.
