Career Pathways & Equity Policy Recommendations

This resource provides five policy recommendations to improve equitable access to career pathway programs. Recommendations are given at the local, state, and federal levels. They include, but are not limited to, the following: expanding eligibility requirements for career pathway programs, requiring greater data collection; facilitating collaboration between career pathway programs and childcare, housing, and transportation industries; and more.
