RESOLUTION NO. 2974 All Alexandra: Committing to Race and Social Equity

This resolution recognizes that the people of Alexandria experience bias, discrimination, and unequal outcomes and provides mechanisms to promote social and racial equity. To achieve this, the city will establish partnerships with Alexandria City Public Schools and businesses, conducts training for City Council and City Staff, and develops equity indicators to inform policy decisions.
