2011 New York City Local Law 2011-01 Promoting Energy Conservation

This ordinance amends the existing New York administrative code to permit the use of innovative approaches and techniques for energy conservation. It additionally presents new standards for alternative materials and construction methods, construction documents, and inspection procedures.
