2013 New York City Local Law 1 Improving Access to City Procurement Conctracts

This law improves access to city procurement contracts for minority-owned and women-owned businesses. It grants authority to the commissioner of small business services to direct agencies to increase participation from these groups, develop standardized forms, offer assistance and certification programs, and promote equal opportunity.
